AITI Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Aviation Instrument Technologies, Inc., provides AI phone-receptionist and related automation services to small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you call a business that uses our service, we may collect your name, phone number, and the details of your request — such as appointment time, service address, and the reason for your call — so we can schedule and service that request on the business's behalf.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide the receptionist and messaging service for the business you contacted: booking and managing appointments, sending confirmations and reminders, and relaying messages to the business owner.

SMS / Text messaging

We send text messages related to appointments you booked or inquiries you made by phone with a business that uses our AI receptionist service — including appointment confirmations, reminders, booking approvals, and account or signup links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.

How you opt in (SMS consent)

Consent to receive texts is collected verbally during a phone call you place to a business that uses our AI phone receptionist. There is no automatic enrollment, web sign-up, or purchased list — we only text people who called a business and asked to be contacted. When you book an appointment or make a request, the receptionist asks for your mobile number and asks your permission to text you about it, stating:

"Is it okay to text you about this at [your number]? You'll get appointment confirmations, reminders, and any booking or signup link. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."

A text is sent only if you verbally agree. Your consent applies only to messages about your own appointment or request and is collected separately on each call.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messaging service described above.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the business you contacted and with service providers (such as our telephony and calendar providers) strictly as needed to operate the service, and as required by law.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For any questions about this policy or to request deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.
