SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by AITI Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), a service of Aviation Instrument Technologies, Inc. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

The AITI Labs SMS program sends transactional and informational messages related to your interactions with AITI Labs or with a business that uses our AI phone-receptionist service. Messages include: account signup and activation links, account notices, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, booking approvals, and replies to inquiries you made by phone. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and verbally agreeing to receive text messages during a phone call you place to AITI Labs or to a business using our AI receptionist. A phone call is currently the only way to opt in — there is no web-form enrollment, no automatic enrollment, and no purchased lists. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and appointments — typically 1–5 messages per interaction or appointment.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan. AITI Labs does not charge for messages.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

7. Supported carriers & disclaimer

The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may suspend or terminate the program, or amend these terms, at any time; the current version will always be published at aitilabs.ai/terms.

8. Privacy

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is collected and used.
